If you can negotiate your salary well at joining, you will not be affected by anything and also if you can manage to get a Godfather, you will be set for life.

Corporate HR is terrible - needs overhauling. Hire and Fire exists. Only those in the limelights are highlighted and goes up the ladders Deserving and hardworking people who do not have a Godfather or spokesperson in the company are neglected

When world is moving towards 4 and 5 days, we are still pegged at 6 days working with absolutely no relief. Saturdays are full day working. There is no work-life balance
