Dislikes

There is no proper response in pending appraisal process for off role employees, Need to take care of those who are working since along time with full efforts with additional works also not been appreciated with minim basic hike. and suffered a lot for salary clearance for long time. Need to understand the pain of off role employees also for surviving with basic need.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
