Being a highly growth startup, JSW One platforms provides ample amount of opportunity to learn and grow as an engineer. Managers are cooperative and team mates are helpful. They are flexible with wfh on need basis. Decent pay is offered.

Dislikes

Being a startup, they are slow in HR related processes. But they are improving on it.

Please it's my request to the company officials to look the management . First of all Shruti (GM) i don't understand what is she hired for like seriously I have 7+ years of experience in Industry I have never seen a person who doesn't perform any difficult task and offered a good package around 40lpa . What she do can be easily done by a fresher with just minimal training Second Kuldeep from OMS team I mean seriously can you imagine someone shouting at you every day on every other meetings and even he can't pronounce words clearly how can someone be at that position I don't understand seriously. They are just pulling up employees from Snapdeal if you observe all the new joinee in tech team are 90-95% from Snapdeal making it a very obvious that politics is there. Lastly I don't have any word for CTO he is a calm guy but don't know how lead a team he most of the time is not there in the office. Worst management culture Too much micromanagement People from snapdeal have joined here in management positions , they keep getting guys from snapdeal here , and moreover little or no work is allocated to them , it’s just a handful of developers who struggle here a lot . They have to stretch almost everyday and even work on weekends. Snapdeal management hires is the centre of micro management here , he doesn’t questions his team who has joined from snapdeal , and moreover the other handful developers who account work , his is playing politics with them . There is a certain sense of job security but not when your boss threatens to fire you, every day. Salary and payments are on time.

Dislikes

The HR and all kinds of escalations related to leadership is messed up. Randomly declares 6 days working, with no additional payments. Announces changes in variable pay and other terms mid tenure. 9hrs check in check out is mandatory. Work culture, quality of work and skill development is absent.

The satisfaction of implementing something from scratch and scaling it. The opportunities here are immense to grow. Also the training provided in initial few months and onboarding experience with Pratiksha Shelke from HR was very smooth and enriching.
