There is a certain sense of job security but not when your boss threatens to fire you, every day. Salary and payments are on time.

Dislikes

The HR and all kinds of escalations related to leadership is messed up. Randomly declares 6 days working, with no additional payments. Announces changes in variable pay and other terms mid tenure. 9hrs check in check out is mandatory. Work culture, quality of work and skill development is absent.
