JSW aka Snapdeal 2.0. Let's go point by point : 1) CEO : Tech means nothing for him! For him tech is just for taking investment. 2) CTO : Clam and sensible by nature. Have zero knowledge of tech. ALways tries to hide the root cause and cover it up with stupid things! 3) Engineering Manager (Akrant) : Extermely rude, doesn't know how to talk to people, treats people as labourers and often threatens people that if they don't work according to him he will take their jobs. How can he be appointed to such a reputable post? He's job is to make tech better but instead he is just a camera who keeps eye on every little thing of people. His other name should be Mr Micromanager. He literally sits near the enterance gate and observes who comes at what time. You can never expect something good from him. Zero appreciation. He has brought people from Snapdeal who have not even qualified the interview rounds. 4) Managers : One word for managers is dumb. All of'em are biased and has zero technical skills. 5) Developers : All developers except Snapdeal developers are exploited. Forced to attend calls day and night. No time management. No flexibility. No WFH when required. There are some people who are made to do correction of their seniors work. 6) GETs : There are people who started their corporate journey from JSW One with many hopes, but all of them were crucified. Innocent bacche the jinko inhone poora exploit karke rakh diya. No credibility given at all. No trainings. They expect GETs to work like SDE 3. THe work culture here is complete toxic, strict 8 hours office and availability should be all time post office hours. Don't just join because of a brand name....Read More
