Culture is professional. Good Governance prevails at all functions. Very Dynamic and Growth oriented as JSW group esp JSW Steel provides Strong business potential and new developments. This also brings career opportunities for many employees Lot of initiatives are take up to digitise systems & operations, education & knowledge via e library etc.

Time taken in commercial process, Project Implementation without due engineering, Training programs, freedom to organise innovative and contemporary tech global visits for exposure, authority levels, admin support at corporate, HR activities at Corporate, Flexi time for senior/top management shud be better, extensive delay in recruitment

This company is presently led by a narcissist person. There is no freedom to execute a work as you perceive best. Too much politics. There are few old timers who are not qualified, but have stuck on due to loyalty. Not recommended to join the company if you are given a designation below GM (Asst. manager, manager, Senior Manager, AGM, DGM, GM, AVP, VP, SVP). Pretty much everything, especially the culture. There is an abundance of people who will do anything to avoid doing any work or taking responsibility. People here are only looking forward to their retirement.
