Likes

Autonomy given for the job. Learning curve is high and fast because most of the things need to be done by self because you will be always short of team members.

Dislikes

Office politics has crossed all the limits. The culture of sycophancy at its best and it is the primary criteria for surviving at all levels. Career growth is very slow and difficult because of prevailing bureaucracy all around . Overall culture is of typical owner driven Indian corporate where all the direction and strategies are decided on the mood of the owner. No Saturday off , also expect very few holidays overall....Read More
