Very hate politics done by local employees, local HRs are also involved. Plant HR department is worse. Very poor management in Nandyal plant, Andhra Pradesh. Company should re-think about Nandyal plant, otherwise no-one ( who is from other states) will stay there . You can get same review from everyone,who worked in Nandyal plant. Very much disappointed by Jsw management. Acting people's are well treated by management at present in nandyal,here hard working and dedicated employees not required , only required actors,If film cities conduct campus selections here most of the actors will be selected for acting in movies and main thing is area partiality North and South.

Part of a great JSW group. Company policies were great. The promoters did everything to make the organization grow. Very much supportive in all cases.

Dislikes

Majority of the top/senior management were not capable and they prioritised own interest before company's interest. Groupism existed and each of the groups had their followers from top management to ground level officers which led to creation of conflicts within the organization. Some of the top management people resorted tp story telling (to the promoters) to save their skin and make a new excuse month after month....Read More
