Work life has been good but no personal life at all. Management recognise the efficient officials only to overload them with additional jobs and responsibilities but fails to realize any increment in hike and designation. High gender inequality.

Worst company i have ever worked in my career, very poor management, no satisfaction, MD need to concentrate on this otherwise compeny will close very soon.

Service engineers became Section heads and Herace down level engineers, vorst management, simply judge and take decisions like removing from Job, work timing is worse daily 12 to 16 hrs some times it is 24 hrs qlso no one care about your food and sleep

The company gives a lot of benefits for its employees and the township provided is one of the best in India. We get exposure to the industrial maintenance techniques and responsibility will be given at early stage which is really good considering the challenges faced and the experience gained.

Dislikes

Since it is a cement company, the air you breathe in the company will not be good. Work life balance will not be possible at all considering the work load put on us by our superiors. Even though according to HR policy you'll get good number of leaves, due to shortage of manpower and work pressure, you cannot use them effectively.
