Unfortunately I got in this organization best and best manager which they taught me a lot, JSW has a lot of duties towards its employees, and provides a lot of facilities to the employees.

Dislikes

I like about working at JSW CEMENT because my manager Mr. Goutam Chakraborty. He gives us the freedom to work. And appreciation for the good work.

Dislikes

If after a good work the manager writes for career growth but the management is not serious in this matter.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
