Excellent parent company. Compensation.

Dislikes

Politics of few people. Back ground of few senior people must be checked as they were fired from their previous company. Many good people from Ambuja, UltraTech were forced to resign. They were hard worker, honest and dedicated. But thanks to politics of senior people they were forced to tender their resignation. Would request enquiry.

In this Covid situation they are giving targets which is absurd and management do not want to know the market scenario, only thing they understand is achieving target, that also they wont support you with anything. Their words are "We dont know what is Covid, we dont want to hear market condition, you have to achieve target, else you are fired"

Dislikes

No help from management. They dont want to consider the current pandemic situation. During Normal time if they give you target of 3000Mt, in this pandemic they are giving you target of 7000 Mt, and if you cant achieve, You have search for other job. JOB SECURITY IS 0. The management is inhuman and the bosses are not aware of original market scenario. Only you have to achieve target with your own caliber. If you achieve target your boss will take the credit from top management, and if you cant, he will put you in front. Very bad management....Read More
