JP Morgan is the leading good bank in US. Yu will definite love the workstation and its all amenities. You will probably get much more salary as expected from outside. This needs to be discussed with HR and the hiring manager. Since partners and stack holders are directly working with you, it mat help better visibility for your career. Dislikes

The work culture is very bad. You need to work more than 10/12 hr daily. Even if you are in senior position you have to work hard. No work life balance. My recommendation is to join JPMC if you have experience between 1 to 6/7 years not more than that. Some of the managers are only process oriented then do not help in technical stuff. They want only results which is very bad in nature.
