The pay is decent compared to some other orgs.

This is a very big org, so depends on which dept you are working in. Commercial banking is not good. The leadership is very bad apart from few exceptions. Also some of the depts the male managers prefer only males in positions and are biased that way. In interview success is also dependent on your marital status and if you are planning to have kids etc which is so illegal. This is the culture behind the facade they carry of being an inclusive workplace. You also cannot be yourself and is the last place to be called psychologically safe. Also there is no work life balance. The leaders are not in the forefront. Just delegate everything and judge harshly if someone is not scaling up.
