Likes

The school is open to new and innovative ways of learning and adopts latest ways of teaching. I love being part of such an institution.Working environment is very good rather excellent.Each staff member is considered as an important part of the family.Another plus point is a lot of importance is given to the opinions and suggestions of the parents.

Dislikes

Nothing as such.Just growth opportunity is not there..

Work Details

Working there is challenging as we have to deal with toddlers and first time parents.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
