1.) If you've got the learning zeal then this place is literally a learning playground for you as your superior would never interrupt in your projects. 2.) Technology (physical security) is world class so great hands on experience. 3.) Above average salary hike when you make the switch here.

Dislikes

1.) Spineless top leadership. 2.) Security team operates on 3rd party pay roll so no job security and yes you will be treated like vendor (so dont spend more than a year here). 3.) 6 days rotational shift during times when 5 days is literally becoming a norm. 4.) The term "Supervisor" for an Assistant Manager level position ruins your resume. 5.) Next to no promotion policy unless you belong to specific cadre/ group. 6.) YoY hike is crap. 7.) No perks over the salary. Biggest learning, company is not your home mate. During your 8hrs duty - give 3 to 4 hrs. for upskilling yourselves...Read More

YoY hike could be better. Rotational shifts with just one weekly off is hectic.

Working as Shift Security Supervisor. Tasked with overlooking security ops in respective shifts which primaruly constitutes taking care of physical security setup at site, electronic security components upkeep, stakeholder coordination, etc.
