I love My profile corporate manager in E-Meditek and dealing with clients ,hospital,corporate HR, corporate employees and insurance companies of pan India based clients cases for cashless or reimbursement.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow,the work pressure is very high sometimes, i have work more than 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls after office hours and sometimes late into the night. DG Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do have receive appreciation emails from my client but they go unnoticed. Also, there seniors not help juniors...Read More

Company never gives salary on time. Also has not given salary to their employees from past 10 months. They only play 60% or 70% but never gives 100% of salary. You have to beg the HR and company heads for getting your salary what you deserve after working for entire month. Company is about to shut down and still asking their people to retain with a statement - "aaj tum hamara saath do, hum aage tumhare baare mein sochenge. pr abhi salary ka pta nhi kab aayegi" I will never recommend anyone to this company. Overall it is a average TPA. A lot of work pressure there , you can learn a lot there if you want. But working hours are 9 which they can extend to 11 hours depending upon pressure. Salary not on time. Your can't think of your personal life a bit there. I prefer you not to join there.

I worked in cashless department and the whole team was so much cooperative, if someone wants to work in this arena than you can learn lot of.

Do not provide proper training,give you seat and told to start work without proper training and company want output in return without training, if you not give proper output they always taunt you,if you are not doing good they can fired you anytime, salary is very low in comparison to the work,no new things to learn,work-life balance is terrible.
