Nothing is good about this company and its ethics. They just have the company name everything else is just a big zero. People here do not know how to treat other humans, they are super selfish and alot of discrimination is between permanent employee and contractor employees. Contractor employee is treated like a dirt with no respectand no salary. All the perks are given only to permanent employees. Please do not enter RMC department of this company the top level people train other permanent PPL in how they should talk to a contract employee and how they should treat them....Read More

I have worked with J&J for 23 yr. Company documents highest standards but the management is unable to follow the same. The overall handling of the talc issue is the clear case example.

I worked in supplychain and operation.it is dominated by NITIE students and they practice favouratism shamelessly and HR is ineffective.

There's good learning in the company. They impart their employees with knowledge and skills required to fulfill the job requirements. The brand value of the company stands out it's employees from the competition. The products offered by JNJ are considered to be the best in the industry and often set a benchmark for the competition.
