Only a big name but a very employer

Dislikes

Strategy less organization. Old order changeth with passage of time , unfortunately it's not with JJ. In spite of having good product like INVOKANA the management failed to excel in diabetes business and imposed forceful lay off and did retrenchment to their employees in pandemic. Worst company to work in industry It's like a career suicidal if you chose JJ.
