Donot join. Any director or offshore can be terminated in hours. No job stability. The directors are dummy.

It's waste to put effort for this company as on-site persons can fire any hour. Office politics a lot. Seen 3 directors,project managers fired in hours . They donot have odc. On rented we work office they operate.

I experienced some bad things in guntur John Deere showroom like no value for who is working hard and correct.gossipping and misleadings takes lots of priorities.the rumours take lots of value.Mediators spreads the misleadings.but MD sir doesn't know the reality.

let's decode how to get promoted: make connections with influential manager, bring sweets just for no reasons and keep dropping the mail to the whole department, keep discussing how to buy cars or which is best apartment to buy with managers; work? Bad leadership especially in the software validation department If you are high performer & you don't have the ability to sugar coat you would not be promoted; your promotion would be given to wives/chatukars/beautiful girls who are working in the same department. There is a typical pattern for promotion: go to onsite, come back and get promoted as senior lead enginner. If you have a working wife in the same department, she will resign from India, will join as an external employee in John Deere usa on spouse visa, will come back to India and would join the same department on promotion. The company has a great culture, professionalism is top notch. There's always so much happening to prioritize employee's holistic well being. You'll be able to maintain a great work life balance. The salary's are pretty competitive as per market standards.

Promotion cycles are extremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.
