It has a very comfortable and rotten work environment, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Recent layoffs has exposed how mismanagement has rotten the decision making system and the cracks in the new CEOs abilities.

Dislikes

Very slow paced environment, no accountability on managers, slow growth, even well deserving candidates will get promotion after a minimum duration of 5 years in one level. GETs get preference for every opportunity even if they don't know anything.

In Bangalore office a lot of politics the manager & Scrum master both are biased they give priority few people only they don’t give opportunity mainly my scrum master he doesn’t good he didn’t no about the work but he is managing because manager is supporting please change your mind set don’t play with us Manager- He is also give support to ladies only

Managers are very supportive. Fairly positive environment for working.

Dislikes

Supervisors are utterly unreliable and untrustworthy. They actively work against you if you show competence, collaborating with associates and ATs to undermine your efforts. They blatantly reject your projects and hand them over to ATs, making the environment toxic and demoralizing. Their behavior is not just unprofessional but outright hostile.
