It is very good mnc company.manufacturing tractor and supply india few state and other country.the company trends fresher's worker very carefully.job security not good in this company

I working in engine factory final trim department.various type of work done here like flywheel,clutch assemble,engine valve clearance checks etc..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
