Climbing the corporate ladder is difficult, career advancements are typically when someone retires or when someone leaves the team, Workload varies from team to team, some team may go for extended periods without producing much, while others may be intensely working form months

Favoritism. Few managers favors some members within his team based on personal interests/relations. Due to that appraisals/promotions are given to his favorites rather than who is deserving or talented. Internal networking is more important of deere culture than technical knowledge depth of employee.

Layoffs after introducing nee core value Humanity. They are firing employees immediately(within 30 minute we need to leave office after receiving call from HR) which is not good. They should be transparent and give few months before firing. They don’t analyse requirements before adopting new technology(Recently we have purchased Palantir Live stream licence but don’t analyse whether it will work for requirements or not).
