Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Everything, specially my boss. Despite traditional thinking he gives the flexibility to work from home and work flexible timings until I'm fulfilling the work requirements and hours. Despite management's pressure he tries his best to take care of his team.

Dislikes

You cannot dislike anything about this company because I have a great boss... Some people eat gutka in the toilets which is unhealthy otherwise everything's okay.

Owners are too old to understand that they are trapped by senior managment and unknowingly they have lost controll over the company.

I have worked with several organisations but this company is terrible. No policies, no managment. Once you join this company you will soon realise that you have made biggest mistake of your career. They promise so muchh at the time of joining but they will deduct almost 20 percent of your salary every month without proper explanation. HR department does not know how HR should function. HR head chew guthka all day while sitting his cabin. You may understand what kind of people you have to deal with. Company is a contract manufacturere and does not have its brand and therefore no chances of growth. I would caution before anybody join this organisation.
