Working in Johari Digital Healthcare Ltd from more then 1.5 years and started my career in Medical Healthcare made me learn so many tasks in such a small duration. Staff and managers here are so helpful and molded me more stronger to work hard and think sharp. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Owners are too old to understand that they are trapped by senior managment and unknowingly they have lost controll over the company.

I have worked with several organisations but this company is terrible. No policies, no managment. Once you join this company you will soon realise that you have made biggest mistake of your career. They promise so muchh at the time of joining but they will deduct almost 20 percent of your salary every month without proper explanation. HR department does not know how HR should function. HR head chew guthka all day while sitting his cabin. You may understand what kind of people you have to deal with. Company is a contract manufacturere and does not have its brand and therefore no chances of growth. I would caution before anybody join this organisation.
