I only liked some good people were there who became good friends later.

Dislikes

Everything like politics, career growth, management cunningness, salary/appraisal. Variable bonus there never pay and upon that when you leave they will loot some money from FNF settlement without reason. They are just looters. Unnecessary money deductions are there favorite habbit. They don't have money to pay to lower management but they will hire people with 30-40 years of experience. Its an old age home for them....Read More

Good opportunity to learn if you are assigned with good projects.

1. Poor management has led to lot of quality resources leaving the organization. 2. Bad work culture. 3. Poor HR policies. 4. The number of new projects bagged by the company has been on the decline. 5. No hikes/variable bonus payout. Minimal employee recognition.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
