we will not get even a single word that appreciates us for our effort for the development of the company.

Work Details

It is a NBFC that provides business loan. But the company strategies and procedures are strange. In this competitive industry for hiring loans without any formalities; our company wants original documents of the customers. It makes marketing so difficult.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
