Company believes vendors are the key to success. They don't believe in their team they are just for name sake. Only a guy who has engineering degree but has zero knowledge of engineering can survive here. There you will see lots of people here. This organisation does not give value to the on site employees as per my experience. They will not support you at all if the contract will not get renewed with the client or if the client does cost cutting from the various departments. JLL will just say you have 2 months of time so find your own way. HR's are not at all supportive they don't even know the process properly. Talent acquisition team is just worse. They will not receive your call at all when they come to know that the employee is going to loose their job. Management is not at all supportive. They will make you do everything for the whole year and during the time of appraisal they will start their drama. Talent acquisition team is so worse that after hiring from inside they will still keep the position open. Never ever try to apply job from their workday app because the opportunity which you will see it is open that is completely fake. You can see that there is position open in various job portals but the talent acquisition team is so lazy or so worse they will not give the chance to that employee who is loosing his job from client side because of cost cutting....Read More

There is very bad working atmospheres. There is no secure of jobs. Everyone is giving the open threat that don't come from tomorrow. There is using the abusing langauge. All the perks are enjoyed by top management the benifits ethics work life balance are for them. We need to face all the rest of garbages

Salary increment will be based on your clients report about you out of. 95 out of 100 won't give good feedback. These people expect a baby on next day of marriage. Mental health will take a toll for sure. Client won't respect you. Design consultant won't respect you and Vendor won't respect you. Don't fall for the most ethical company tagline crap. It's all fake atleast for people like me.
