Work Culture, Office Premises, Company benefits and compensation is good

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Management is weak they can't stand for the employees working for so many years ,for the sake of surviving in the organisation company management can remove the Hardworking and good performer as well which is observed during this pandemic situation. Superboss plays Favorites more often. Deep politics happening in JLL.

Worst , employees are taken for granted .

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
