I had a wonderful experience working at JJIT. The work culture is positive and fosters growth. The team members are supportive and collaborative, creating a great environment for achieving our goals together. The Head of Department is approachable and treats everyone like a friend, making communication easy and open. Dislikes

While my time at JJIT had its positives, particularly the supportive team and friendly work environment, one significant downside was the salary. The compensation was below industry standards and didn't reflect the amount of work or responsibilities involved. It would be beneficial for the company to offer more competitive pay to retain and motivate talent.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
