Worst experience ever. If you ever thought that working in a bigger corporation like Reliance will help, you're wrong. Management is not concerned about any problems nor do they listen. Will not rely on data but want numbers. You'll come across the rudest HR's in the organisation who will tell you to 'Go to Hell'. Please read the policies and tell the HR's to explain them in detail if you ever think of joining (which you shouldn't) There will be 20 new people joining every month and 30 leaving at the same time. Unethical Business practices. No appreciation for your work. All the matters to them is the MONEY you're generating for Mr Ambani so that he can buy more houses in Dubai....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
