Reliance jio is one one of the finest organization for willing to work where as, job security priority in jio, finest environment to work but workload is like 400 percent . Taking about management one flow towards the down in which everyone is pieced out and unable to perform as per the abilities and performance being washed out. Company policies are beautiful as well as very much supportive to organization and less in favor to cover the employee as well, and process is very hard to fulfill the expectation of policies. This is my personal opinion but I was work in RJIO from more than 3.5 years, i got lots of experience, very much supportive nature of colleagues where i work specially, team mates are pretty much helpful....Read More

Never get Salary appraisal in last 3 years where as my performance was A+ in grade.

i am worked as a FTTx Manager in RJIO but operation and Maintenance of work is additionally given by state team, 24/7 working. where as apart from FTTx related activity i had to work in RF, Backhaul , fiber, IP, UBR, ENT UBR this much workload.
