It's a hell. They will irritate you and always expect you to do overtime without any pay. No fix timing. Always threaten you over your job security.

You can be kicked out whatever the management wants, no job security you have to be the TL's go to person if you want increment.

Dislikes

Management can degrade your position whenever they want, no career growth.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
