The environment was quiet good.

Some policies were not acceptable at all. They appointed us for chat process and after that they asked us to do calls also to the customer which is not correct. In whenever we not achieve the targets they just put the agents on PIP which is so disappointing.

It's a hell. They will irritate you and always expect you to do overtime without any pay. No fix timing. Always threaten you over your job security.

Good and Friendly atmosphere and helpfull staff . There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus .

Earlier this company was having 9 hour shift with 2 hour break and after joining they have changed it to 10.30 hour shift with 1.15 hour break only. Trust me, they will make you cry for breaks and leaves as well. Also, they have policy of leave adjustment after 2 years( adjustment against notice period) and 3 years(adjustment or encash) but at the time of exit they will not help you with your leave adjustment even if you have given more then 2 years and ask for full month salary in case you want to buy out.
