I love my work and give my 100% everyday.

In 8 hrs shift it feels like you are the main character and you have to do every the shift do not help in some of the cases you have to deal with all the problems,it's fine but sometimes it feels very bad.

Only good thing being here is that you will be given fair chances, if you are good at work & interested in handling or operating new roles.

Dislikes

Working environment is not much good. Safety protocols are not followed in daily basis.

Job security is above average mostly if you are not extremely poor in your work you would not be fired.

Dislikes

Culture is very poor specially in projects they treat people like machines, 72 hrs working hours is compulsory without any over time payments. Senior leaders lack in long term vision mostly focus on short term benifits
