To be honest, all the instruments I work on here were in my degree course. As a result, there is a lot of good work to be done with them and a lot of small work to learn here

To be honest, there is no discussion about how the work will be done or what precautions should be taken or which process will make the work better or faster before doing any work. There is no suitable work environment. Irrelevant tasks such as house keeping are more important to them than processes. A job well done does not get therespect it deserves, the work is too hard and the pay as such is meagre. There are more than 1000 of them and there is a problem...Read More

Hi Guys, I have 10 years of experience in Welding & Heavy Fabrication, last year I joined a reputed indian company with 15.5LPA + 1.5L Variable, now I got an offer of 23LPA + 0% Variables in an small / medium sized company involved in Shipbuilding. * Should I consider joining the company as the offered salary is very good from my perspective? * Should I work another 2-3 years in my present company and then look for opportunities?
