You will see hell if you got project in jspl as there are weird people all around, if you're new and you expect everyone to give help and support then you are very innocent. Everyone is running and busy, no good work environment, everyone is shouting at their lower position, everyone is angry and frustrated, bosses are toxic always find a way to make you feel bad Infront of everyone. You will be given very undesired place to work if you're innocent. you will be forced to take all the burden to yourself and make report, data to every meeting. It's pathetic really....Read More

Hi Guys, I have 10 years of experience in Welding & Heavy Fabrication, last year I joined a reputed indian company with 15.5LPA + 1.5L Variable, now I got an offer of 23LPA + 0% Variables in an small / medium sized company involved in Shipbuilding. * Should I consider joining the company as the offered salary is very good from my perspective? * Should I work another 2-3 years in my present company and then look for opportunities? Please advice/ offer your views
