Teammates are very helpful and professional. Trainings are targeting Self motivation. Job security basically depends upon the involvement, innovation, or alteast maintain the current status and Major mistakes, behavior. Carrier growth become very poor since AMIE become out of the consideration of UGC. Salary is satisfactory/appraisal is good. No travel allowance for below Executive and if is in only Policy. We are from separate families so Politics automatically become a part with job (it specially play by some technically, socially and spretually weak persons and who not think beyond their own favour but not by all). Learning is depends upon self involvement and here is a lot of things to learn. Work environment is good. Moderate innovations.
