Dislikes

Every thing. Especially Hr team Ujjwal, Sachin and their team are too bad, Even they don't want to provide basic things to employees like Joining letter, or they are not aware companies policies. Sachin do not want to work. Ujjwal always try to cuts the rights of employees. They want we have to work in Overtime but they do not want to pay for that. No promotion and appraisal only 8%. But If you are telu then you have 60% chances to get promotion. No bonus on any festival. No motivation to work. Only pressure. Well its is international company but nothing here like international. No any benefit. On-Roll employees are working here like off-roll employees....Read More
