I liked most about the company, is its job security. It is really a very good HR policy of the company.

Dislikes

My complain is about company's Evaluation policy for employee's performance and promotion. There are many loop holes, one of the most , I felt is that Head of the Department can ruin career of his staff member even if he is capable and efficient and noble enough. On the other side , HOD can wrongly give all advantages to non efficient person , if he is of HOD's choice. This need to be reviewed.

I do work here about 2.5 year. All company employee are obay direct HR and ER. There work is team and full sefty work. There medical facility system is very good. And mediclaim system available. Good work environment and culture very nice.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of three year before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joining

In India now, the biggest issue with the steel and power units is that they are not giving the salaries on time neither are they giving increment on time, however, JSL gives everything on time and they give it good. The management is great. Every employee is given importance and every issue is heard of and resolved. Wonderful work ethics
