The company doesnt give respect to professionals. Especially CMD dont cre about people and their life. He has some advisors who are CA's and they dont know ABCD about steel business. Both as a team work towards how to close the company in 100 days. And they throw away people like garbage. They will give any reason and the employee has to leave the company same day. Terrible cultured company. I heard it was very good when the founder Mr BC Jindal was running the company along with his son in law Mr Punit Jatia. After that Mr Shyam Jindal took over and he is absolutely ruining the company. My advise to one and all is "DO NOT WORK IN THIS COMPANY"...Read More
