In export department an old lady (55+ aged) claiming to be senior is oppressive, arrogant, abusive,cunning & a sadist. Many juniors including me have either left or laid off because of the cunning conspiracy by this lady. She harasses the juniors and to get worse HOD supports her. These two play with the lives of juniors in spite of working there with our heart and soul<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Moreover you cannot complain directly to the management as it is against company rules and even if you complain it is of no use</mark>. Also while you are responsible for the work in your scope you don't have the authority to take action and then you will be fined (in cash) very often thereby losing a considerable amount of your hard earned salary.
