JAL is a "Dhabha" in the name of Corporate. How can one person is handling whole organisation as a hitler? Be carefull before join this company. Please do not think about JAL. This one person (employee) in senior management can call you anytime in his cabin and will say "see we are not satisfy with you performance and we have decided to separate each other" even within a month after your joining. They will ask you to submit your observation within a week of joining. How this is possible? In fact mangement is recruiting the qualified people to test their skill and educate their old emplyee i.e "better to say bonded labour" about the improvement points suggested by the new employee and after that fired the new employee. This one person is thinking himself a "perfect" and always trying to demoralise the new employees in the name of bad performance. Why this person is not thinking that if he is "perfect" and working since last more than 15 years then still there are so many problems in the organisation? I heared that there are lot of resources available and strong financial position in the organisation but because of unexperienced new generation promoter and "perfect" person, company is going into bad situation day by day.
