Brand Value, Roles - for Management Trainees, who become managers, this is really the best you can get right out of college. Decent level of authority, freedom to take decisions and implement them. Merit is rewarded, and recognized sooner than later but there are exceptions. Pay - Regular and bonuses industry standards. Benefits over and above pay such as accommodation, food, etc.

Dislikes

Shackled by old structures, "Boss is always right" philosophy, Slow support functions - HR, accounts varies from unit to unit. Shortage of motivated employees.

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
