1. The Appraisal cycles quite lengthy, averaging around 1 year and 7 months, when appraisal do occur , they are often low accompanied by condition like a 1 or 2 year commitment. For fresher the first appraisal comes with 2 year commitment, followed by 1 year commitment for each subsequent commitment. 2.There is a high employee turn over rate , with many leaving within just a few month. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. the work culture is toxic with no work life balance</mark>. Extended hour and weekend are the norm, and there is no compensation for the for the extra time worked. 4. Office politics is pervasive and difficult to tolerate. 5. Organization uses extreme micromanagement ,Management is constantly breathing your neck, creating a stressful environment. if you are coming from an organization that value work life balance , you may not find this place suitable. However you are mainly looking for employment and can tolerate the conditions, this could be an option to consider....Read More

This company not ISO certified, and there is no work culture, encouragement, and self respect. Management treats very bad. They will take the benifit of your weakness.
