work experience is worst, management is doing pathetic job.

1st of all have to inform about management they are doing pathetic Job because thee are making pathetic decision's & also they not able to take perfect decision every day they change policy, some manager support there CHATU employee for every scenario. Manager do not value an individual's unique strength's so have to take back our suggestion all time. partiality being happen here & favoritism also happen don't work you will never grow here. They don't do any team activity you have to work here all month. here have 2 fortnight target 1 to 15 & 15 to 30 you have to do your target 2 time in month. forgot about week of have to take week off as per there decision. Have to do 7+ hrs ready time & 330 min talk time to maintain 3 to 4 min AHT which is impossible in many cases & have to take 1/2 hr lunch break , login time is 10 to 8pm or 830 depend on there mood some time more than 830 also happen in this they will take 3 to 4 time meeting & you will take some break for natures call also so forgot about personal life....Read More

Here they have worst work culture there is no fix time of logout after 8 or 830 some time more than this you have to sit they are not considered there meeting in login hrs. If talk about manager all uneducated manager they have except one but there is no use

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. If you consider Info Edge Policies that are absolutely fantastic. But not jeevansathi.com policies.

Dislikes

Only Jeevansathi vertical is teriffic work culture. more than 40 people team of field sales is vanished, including senior authority. Long working hours are there, no personal life remains if you work with JS sales. Every qauter work pattern change.

Any organisation's culture depends on the senior manager and top management's behavior, and it is different between the teams. So more likely I would say in my team manager's are really great. Ready to help and give support where ever required.

Things are very cut to cut from last some years, like when I joined in Oct 21 it was great experience with the company. We were excited to login next day. But since last one and half years, its like Do or Die. I'm not being judgmental here, if you want you can check the shifts, resignations, and movements of managers from JS to other vertical of Info Edge. Even managers can feel that uncomfortable here in environment. In short things are forced from top to bottom. Hardly anything is considered from bottom to top. There is going politics. They are not selecting for those candidates who were visiting directly after getting interview emails. Very worst experience and there is no asking questions for freshers in sequence. They are not giving chance for further round. They are attending interview in wrong manner.
