Salary was on time... Rest nothing to appreciate here..

No motivation for employees. No respect to contract labour. No discipline in any Warehouse. No value to customers. No more proper funding raised due to which very less or no appraisal or increments. Top managements involvement with vendors for Under the Table perks and favours. No proper hygiene for Men or Women in any Warehouse across. No proper Quality checks for products. Very poor Security and Housekeeping agencies. No facilities or Employee Engagement for staff. No Customer service for customers. Company in heavy debts, after 13 to 14 years also, they call themselves a startup. Competition companies have progressed alot, atleast in terms for customer service, products, logistics. Don't think of joining here.. keep it as a last option or better to sit idle rather than torture....Read More

The company is overall very good otherwise employees cant stay more than 6years.Travelling is required if you are in manager level. Company really thinks about employees . Now adopting latest technologies also for the better experience . The best CEO I had met here only . He is too good, a ground level person.

Easy on life if you don't plan to upskill yourself and just want to bootlick your boss to stay in the company. Best place to make friends and plan on long trips for long weekends. I could summarize it by saying, "While working there, every time I felt this would be the worst thing happening to you, the company and CEO proved there existed a new low." There is nothing much to like here. They are slightly flexible in working hours depending on which team you are in.

Horrendous culture. Hire & Fire Policy. They have firing cycles every 1-2 months now across all teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Software etc,.). Avoid joining this company at all costs since the job security here is non-existent. 0 team bonding activities, many employees are overworked.
