They did not provide leave or testing when reported symptoms of flu. They didn't provide PPE. Not even masks. The department didn't step in to distribute duties to mitigate exposure. They even withheld Salary for 4 months and are cutting salaries.

Dislikes

Poor communication from HR and management. Lack of transparency and low trust in payment of salaries.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. One of the worst HR and administration department to work with. No respect for doctors (from junior doctors to HODs). HR and admin people ideally should should this hospital without doctors. Never seen such a pathetic HR people ( Pooja chauhan , Navneet). Looks like having mental issues. They need basic human ethics training of basic manners. Hope God bless this hospital. Already sold anyways to Max group. Salary will be delayed upto 15-20 days. If u sak them, reply will be like it's your fault that u are working here....Read More

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital. Pay is generally good. ( never on time though)

Dislikes

You will have to constantly go to the HR department to ask for ur salary. There is no rule that a doctor has to work for 48hrs, unlike every other hospital. It could be anything depending on the demand. Which means no work life balance. There is no growth for resident doctors, so u better study!!!!

Hahahaha. Did u ask about the facilities provided by Jaypee? Ok. If u wish to have a cup of coffee, U need to buy it! Either from papa curry or Costa coffee!!!! Yeah they do have an awesome cafeteria though. But there is zero facility provided!!!

There is no leaves actually you will get leave but never approved by HOD specially in pcs Department so I wouldn't recommend Jaypee Hospital for PCS Department other Department is good if you will do hard work they will give you all burdens and never get appreciate by your seniors only shoe Licking people survive there .
