There is no any entertainment program arrangements for staffs. There is a bond of 2 months for resignation notice period.

Team of trash and dumb people. Head of supply chain is dumb. It is a not a corporate organization at all.

Salary is transferred by the 15th of the month.

All are working like a donkey. You have to work for 10 hours in a day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is no leaves actually you will get leave but never approved by HOD specially in pcs Department so I wouldn't recommend Jaypee Hospital for PCS Department other Department is good if you will do hard work they will give you all burdens and never get appreciate by your seniors only shoe Licking people survive there .

One of the worst HR and administration department to work with. No respect for doctors (from junior doctors to HODs). HR and admin people ideally should should this hospital without doctors. Never seen such a pathetic HR people ( Pooja chauhan , Navneet). Looks like having mental issues. They need basic human ethics training of basic manners. Hope God bless this hospital.
