The Blk Superspeciality Hospital is a great place to work at . It has been an exuberant working experience .I got a timely promotion and the incentives are decent. The Hr Department is helpful , friendly and compliant. . Few of the seniors in the department are really supportive and that makes a lot of difference. Lot of politics and few negative people in the department who have the power in their hand team up against u and demean you ,mock at you, trouble you in mean petty ways brain wash the dept heads so it becomes difficult to work in such a negative environment.

One joins this hospital with the hope of getting great exposure but is left thoroughly disappointed after seeing gross mismanagement at every level. The nursing staff is improperly trained, the management treats junior doctors like bounded labour who have no respect, the work distribution is haywire and after all this one can’t evenexpect to get a fairly priced meal in the canteen and has to stand in long queues to eat lunch. Absolutely no scrutiny of work and manpower, with a management unwilling to work dedicatedly. Their salaries are also way lesser than even government hospitals, and they have no value for a person's clinical skills, knowledge and qualifications. There is no scope of skill development or learning, and to make it worse, all work is laden on the one person who is working. The rota is always wrongly portraying more number of working people on floor, while in reality a single person is available. Working hours are exceeded beyond contract and compensatory offs are blatantly denied. HODs demean senior residents and make them feel insulted every second day. There’s is always one consultant assigned to make rota who makes sure to favour a few people and unfairly load work on the ones who don’t butter him. This consultant in my department was from south India, was extremely shrewd and made sure to bring down people who had more knowledge than him. Nobody questioned him. All the things are very good by the side of education it's a very good opportunity all the doctors are very skilled as the side of treatment it's a very good hospital but staffing is a big problem because according to the patient staff ratio in words is have to do corrections.

OT environment is not healthy it's like buttering to senior authorities and the learning skills is very rare or lucky u than u. Can develop or learn in this environment
