Friendly behaviour of all staff wheather he/she is Nurse or doctor, But only friendly Behaviour is not enough to survive in any organisation. Financial appreciation is necessary to all employee that is actually doesn't not happens here. You will never get appreciation of your hardworking here.

Partial behaviour of HOD's of all departments.

I am clinical pharmacist here but only in documents We do all the works that should be done by floor pharmacist or clerk. B.L.K doesn't has quality in their work.
